Shannon was amazing! I am located in California and we did everything over the phone and video. She worked with me completely remotely through FaceTime to tour properties and discuss negotiations. Shannon helped us find an income generating property in Kihei. We visited the island to get an idea of where we wanted to buy, and Shannon was very gracious in her time and knowledge of what was available. We then continued to work remotely from Colorado and Shannon took us on video tours, emailed us videos when we could not connect and was very patient with all of our questions.
